Stability & crash fixes

Improved overall game stability and fixed multiple crashes that could occur during gameplay and navigation, including:

  • Fixed a crash that could occur when using the “Locate” button on the Mission Map.
  • Fixed crashes related to environmental lighting and weather setups.
  • Fixed an iOS crash related to LOD loading for environment meshes.
  • Fixed crashes that could occur when equipping certain gear items, such as the Skater apparel.
  • Added extra safety checks for character assets, skeletal mesh merging, and environment loading to improve overall stability.

Tutorials, controls & usability

  • Fixed tutorials breaking or behaving incorrectly when controls are remapped or unbound.
  • Improved tutorial reliability across menus, preventing tutorials from opening at invalid times or blocking UI interactions.
  • Fixed input-related issues where UI elements (quick wheel, roulette, tutorials) could conflict or get stuck.
  • Improvements made on Mouse & Keyboard input options including:
    • Improved default bindings for non-QWERTY keyboards
    • Improved menu navigation with KB+M controls
    • Fixed Quickwheel not being re-bindable

Dark Zone & live events

  • Fixed an issue where Dark Zone events could display an empty UI.
  • Disabled the Dark Zone box deal temporarily to prevent incorrect or confusing behavior.
  • Improved tracking and completion reliability for live event tasks.

Online, chat & social features

  • Fixed issues where chat and recruiting messages did not respect player privacy settings (e.g. friends-only or private).
  • Improved reliability and clarity of chat consent warnings.
  • Fixed reporting and social action flows so actions correctly open external reporting interfaces when required.
  • Fixed consent checkboxes being incorrectly pre-selected in certain regions.
  • Improved handling of age, consent, and privacy region logic to better comply with regional requirements.
  • Fixed cases where required consent prompts would not reappear correctly after settings changes.

Store, purchases & rewards

  • Fixed issues in Premium Credits and Store flows, including:
    • Incorrect behavior of the “Max” button when exchanging currencies
    • Broken Customer Support button paths on some devices
  • Improved reliability of purchases and reward delivery, preventing cases where:
    • Payments succeeded externally but failed to grant items in-game
    • Battle Pass or other rewards were not received correctly
  • Fixed issues where paid money or currency could be counted twice in some reward flows.

General improvements & polish

  • Improved UI error handling so certain screens (leaderboards, errors, payments) no longer get stuck or block interaction.
  • Fixed issues with incorrect or misleading reward displays in the world map.
  • Improved robustness of configuration loading to prevent data loss or desync after reconnecting.
